Those are very hefty well-made dice. Awesome vibe, great idea, nice implementation. It's a well thought-thru oracle system with tons of ideas behind it. But even used in simplest way it's a very nice dice oracle. I'd love to see the idea explored further. The more nice dice oracles the better! :) F.e. (extended) Lenormand, or other ±divination-adjacent or custom oracles to complement this set.

A great concept complemented by great dice. Love these Prima Materia Oracles. Fun to roll, interpret, and sharpen your intuition. Beyond gaming, I use it to help with my fiction writing, quickly rolling to see how it inspires a new character trait or internal drive. Thanks a bunch Dice Nest and - of course - Man Alone.

If the house burns down, I'm grabbing these. Love the product. Material feels great, the icons are crisp and easy to read. The book itself is packed with info, yet nothing feels like extra chaff. Beautiful writing from both an artistic/poetic perspective and a mechanical perspective. Great structure to the way ideas are scaffolded and presented. The packaging was great, and everything arrived here in NZ undamaged. Customer service was prompt and helpful. The book had a few very minor formatting issues. There is a page number on the front cover, and the text is covered by an image in a tiny patch on pages 9 and 15. I would say a slightly larger font might have been nice, but to be honest, I can't see anything in the book I would want to sacrifice for more room. If Man Alone collaborated with Dice Nest again, it is very likely I would buy that product. The PDF sent after the fact caught me off guard, I didn't expect to be getting that, but what a great boon! That is so helpful for my digital solo play.

These dice have such a great clack factor to them. They just feel good in the hand. They sound great as they're hitting the dice tray and banging against each other. There are tables you can use to pull up answers or just look at the symbols and kind of get a feel for where they actually needs to go. Phenomenal use.

Thank you for the excellent dice and for a fun tool that helps me draw out more materia from myself during play! Rolled Safety Toward Self for my first roll and this review so here goes: The manual is great but some of the pages have fonts that are too small for me to see. I need to bring the pages very close and read in a brightly lit room to be comfortable. It would be wonderful if a PDF version were included for easier reading. These are beautiful dice with magnificent striations, just as I hoped for. I already had 3 purple agate sets, and hadn’t really felt I needed another. But these looked so amazing, I couldn’t pass on them. They are EASILY the most beautiful of all my gemstone dice, of which I have roughly 20 high quality sets. HIGHLY recommend. Great product, extremely well produced.
I absolutely love this Planetary Spin Dice set! Each die feels like holding a miniature planet in your hand. The spinning inner core has an amazing tactile feel and adds a fun, interactive element to the dice. They feel solid, roll smoothly, and look stunning on the table. Definitely one of the most unique sets in my collection!

The maple leaf dice are absolutely beautiful and look exactly like the photos. The maple leaf engravings are incredibly clear and finely detailed. Each die feels solid and high-quality in hand — you can really feel the craftsmanship. I’m very impressed with this set.

I am in love with these dice! 🥰 The varying colors and striations are fascinating and the sound of the dice clacking as I shift them in my hand is more satisfying than resin dice (and I love resin clacking). I bought all five sets to satisfy the completionist in me, but was surprised to find that the black agate are actually my favorite (thought blue or purple would be). They are all lovely, but something about the way the light shines off the black and the bright lines of white mingled throughout just really pleases me. Kickstarter led me to this website and I ended up going kind of crazy on the dice here and I do not regret it one iota. Highly recommended. The sellers are responsive and kind and I am so very happy. 😊
Lovely dice! I bought these just based off how pretty they look in regular light, but I have to say that the glow under UV makes me even happier I got them. They're so cool! Mine are pretty much dead ringers for the ones in the store images and I could not be happier with these. 😊 Thank you!!
Wow! Another gorgeous set of dice. 🥰 I didn't know what stabilized wood would be like but the colors seemed so vibrant I had to give these a try. I'm glad I did. I like mine even better than ones in the store pictures. Each test roll has been nicely random and the need for clicky clack that this dice goblin craves has been satisfied--for now. These dice are so cool! They look like they're made of marble in normal light--very pretty--but under UV light they look molten just like the store images. I managed to get a picture of the D20 under UV but not the whole set because my cat kept trying to steal the light. The wrist cord is apparently an irresistible cat toy. Lol I highly recommend these. :) For anyone wondering, I ordered them on June 24th and they arrived on August 5th (Nebraska USA). Fit the expected time frame and were worth the wait. 😊 Thank you!! (Please excuse any stray cat hairs. They've snuck into all of my pictures.)
This picture cannot even begin to do these dice justice. The shimmery sparkle is sooooo pretty in person. They are without a doubt my favorite dice of the hundreds of sets I own. (I have become a goblin and I'm not sorry. 😆) My brother has a set of blue sandstone dice from another company that I've been mooning over for a while, so when I saw these for such a reasonable price, I had to give them a try. You may be thinking my dice, the dice in the picture, actually look more blue than purple. And while you'd be right that they're on the blue side of purple, my brother's are a blue so dark they're almost black. These are much lighter--definitely on the purple side of blue--and, more importantly, just as ✨sparkly✨. Well worth the wait. For those wondering, I ordered them on June 24th and they arrived on August 5th (Nebraska USA). Pretty much exactly the expected time frame. I'm very happy. Thank you so much!!
DiceNest D&D Dragonflame Dice Series – Awaken the Slumbering Power
Absolutely stunning dice. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on how radiant they are in the light. I want to buy another couple sets but at $170/set it’s a hard pill to swallow.
I purchased two sets, one with red numbering, the other blue. Seller was always responsive and communicated in a timely manner. These dice are stunning. The J9 prismatic trait is not a joke. Heavy as well, unlike plastic/polymer dice. I would suggest using a velour, velvet, or felt dice tray as I can see these dice chipping with enough force. I don't know their cleavage strength. Along those lines, I would also roll them one at a time and avoid them striking each other.
STUNNING. This is my first set of agate dice and I’m beyond impressed at the craftsmanship. I’m in love with how unique each die is even from each other in coloring and pattern. Very satisfied and will keep on eye on your future projects!

My order arrived a couple days ago and I finally have time to check in here. (Golden set) First off, these dice are gorgeous! I wasn’t sure what to expect since many websites tend to use highly artistic photos that don’t always accurately represent how the dice actually look. However, these dice look just as stunning as the pictures—maybe even prettier! 😊 The inking actually looks better in person—it’s more deep set than it seems in the pictures. Definitely not going to rub off. I also absolutely love the case. I’m a sucker for magnetic closures and the whole thing just feels well made. Nicely done! :D Individual dice have minor imperfections here and there, but nothing bothersome. (The D12 & D6 have bubbles close to the surface of a couple faces, but, as I said, these are very minor and don’t impact my appreciation of this lovely set.) All in all, this purchase was absolutely worth it!

I received my dice today and they are quite lovely! They’re actually better quality than I expected and the container is also beautiful and sturdy. The leather dice bag and the extra d6s are also impressive! All in all, this is a fantastic set of dice, and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and care that seems to have been put into them.
